All of us realize that homemade meals are generally the most nutritious, freshest, and cheapest. But we also know that life sometimes gets in the way of our most ambitious plans, and commercially prepared meals can be a life-saver.
We have found meals that were delicious and others that we’d hesitate to feed to our dogs. We found meals that were low in fat and calories but very high in sodium. We also found that taste depends on the individual. So if you need a time-saver, try commercially prepared frozen meals. But we encourage you to read the label carefully!
