Cooking Demonstrations
Each month our gourmet chefs will show you how to make simple, indulgent, healthy meals during our online, 30-minute cooking demonstrations. Our chefs specialize in a variety of areas, such as:

After each demonstration, Eoshape posts the date of the next demonstration, the menu, the shopping list, and any advance preparation required. You can choose to view the cooking demonstrations in real-time and participate in a question and answer session at the conclusion of the demonstration or view it at your convenience at a later date.
Each menu serves four, so invite some friends for dinner, log on, and wow them with your new-found culinary skills!
