1. What is Eoshape?
Eoshape is a comprehensive, online program for busy men and women, who want to manage their weight, fitness, and stress. Our goal is to provide you with simple, effective approaches to diet, exercise, and relaxation that easily fit into your schedule and budget. And we’ll give you all the tools and support you need to succeed.
2. How much does it cost to join Eoshape?
By using the latest technology Eoshape has been able to make their programs highly functional and very affordable. We offer our full suite of programs -- weight management, fitness management, stress management, and support – for a flat fee of $15.95 per month. No charges every time you download an exercise program or a recipe – all the basics for one low, all-inclusive fee. The only additional charges are optional: our personalized EoPlanning process, which walks you through the first four steps of the Eoshape Cycle of Success™, Premium Programs, like on-site seminars and retreats, and Virtual Activities, like online, interactive cooking demonstrations. Just pennies a day to change your life forever!
3. Are there any hidden costs, like supplements, associated with the Eoshape program?
None whatsoever! No expensive supplements, special foods, medications, or equipment. With the Eoshape program it’s just delicious, easy-to-prepare food that can be purchased at any grocery store, simple exercise and everyday activity, great, practical ideas, and proven, automated processes.
4. Can I stay on another diet or exercise program and join Eoshape?
Absolutely! If you are on a diet or exercise program that’s working for you, by all means stick with it, and simply focus on those areas that you still need to work on. But if you’re struggling with a diet or exercise plan that you don’t enjoy or isn’t yielding the results you’re looking for, why not try the Eoshape approach? Whether you’re using one of our programs, or all of them, we know you’ll see and feel the difference.
5. Who sets my goals?
You do! Unlike most weight, fitness, and stress management programs, however, we’ll ask you to set both an ultimate goal and smaller, quickly attainable intermediate goals. We have found that the positive reinforcement of regularly achieving your intermediate goals enhances self-confidence and self-esteem, making the next goal even easier to attain. 6. I eat out and travel all the time – Can I stay on the Eoshape program and maintain my current lifestyle?
A hectic lifestyle, which includes frequent travel and eating out, is especially challenging when you’re trying to lose weight and get fit. But with the Eoshape program all you need is internet access through a computer or other mobile device, and you’ve got all the support you need to stay on track. 7. My family will typically not eat the “diet meals” I prepare – Will I need to prepare two separate meals?
Eoshape snacks and meals are low in calories, fat, and refined sugar and high in fiber, but if you don’t tell your family, we won’t. We’ve taken family favorites and found ways to make them healthy and delicious. On the Eoshape “diet” you can make one fast and easy meal that everyone will enjoy and feel comforted by the fact that the whole family is getting more fit in the process. 8. What if I have a restricted diet due to preference, allergies, or other medical conditions?
With hundreds of choices for meals and snacks, few individuals find themselves constrained or bored by Eoshape menus. And those individuals with allergies or other medical conditions are usually able, with the help of their doctor or nutritionist, to plan satisfying meals with minor substitutions. We strongly recommend, however, that all members seek the advise of their physician prior to undertaking any new diet or exercise program to determine whether it is appropriate for them.
9. How much time do I need to devote to exercise every week on the Eoshape plan?
Experts advise exercising at least 30 minutes on most days. Sound impossible? Not so. We make it easy for you to fit regular exercise into your busy schedule. With the Eoshape 10-minute, invisible workout you don’t need to get to a gym or buy expensive equipment. You can fit varied exercise into even the most hectic day and have fun doing it. Eoshape also provides you with suggestions for how to go “The Extra Mile”— ways to incorporate everyday activities into your exercise regime.
10. How can Eoshape exercise programs be suitable for individuals with so many different fitness levels?
Our goal is to provide you with safe, effective exercise to help you continuously improve your overall fitness level. Our online workout segments are developed at three different levels for each of our three fitness groups. Whether you’re a novice or an expert, have physical limitations or not, need to lose 25 pounds or more than 100 pounds, we’ll provide you with the modifications and variations you need to maximize your workout.
11. How am I assigned a fitness level?
As part of the Eoplanning process
you will be asked to supply us with medical information and personal data, which will allow us to assign you to a fitness level that will provide you with the safest and most effective workout for you. Our goal is to keep you challenged but not overwhelmed.
12. What happens if I think I’ve been assigned to the wrong fitness level?
Simply contact us. An Eoshape representative is available to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. Perhaps you’ve made such great progress that you feel it’s time to reassess your fitness level. Perhaps something in your life has interrupted your routine, and you feel your assigned level is now too challenging. We’ll work with you to make sure you experience safe, effective, personalized treatment.
13. What kind of equipment do I need to participate in the Eoshape exercise program?
All you need to get started is a mat and some hand weights or resistance tubing at your assigned level. You can purchase these items either online from our Eostore or buy them at a local store.
14. What is an Indulgence?
All of us are more motivated to reach a goal if we are provided with some tangible rewards along the way. Our way of letting you reward yourself is with Indulgences –treats that help to motivate you and mark your progress. There are three types of Indulgences: Food Indulgences (something you crave – say, a piece of fudge or a small order of French fries), Free Indulgences (a foot rub or an Eoshape breakfast in bed), and Purchased Indulgences (a massage or a piece of clothing in your new size). You earn Indulgences by staying active each day. Indulgences are provided by your sponsor.
15. Whom should I ask to be my sponsor?
Your sponsor can be anyone in your life who is available to provide you with support as you try to change your life for the better. A member of your household is probably best, but look for the person who will be most likely to encourage you and provide you with the support you need. This could be a friend, a fellow Eoshape member, or even yourself.
