Exercise Master Classes

Exercise anyone? Our online, one-hour master classes are a perfect way to try out a new form of exercise or cross train. Each month one of our certified instructors will introduce you to a new form of workout guaranteed to have a positive impact on your fitness level. Workouts vary from tai chi to body conditioning, yoga to kickboxing, pilates to ball aerobics – something new and fun each month. All in the comfort and convenience of your home or hotel room.

Classes require little or no equipment, and our music will keep you moving and motivated. To ensure our workouts are challenging without being overwhelming, we modify all of our exercises for three fitness levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced).

After each class, Eoshape posts the date of the next master class, the type of exercise, the instructor, and any equipment required. You can choose to view the master classes in real-time and participate in a question and answer session at the conclusion of the class or view them at your convenience at a later date.

So get off the couch, log on, and join us at our Cape Cod facility for our next master class!
