Eoshape offers its members three easy options for creating weekly menu plans.
Preconfigured Menu Plans
The first option is to choose one of our preconfigured menu plans. Our Eoshape weight and fitness coaches have prepared weekly menu plans for you to choose from, along with detailed shopping lists and recipes. For variety, we offer several new menu plans each month. Each weekly menu plan contains specific menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks daily.
If one of the menu plans is a good fit for the coming week, you can simply print it out along with the associated shopping list and recipes. If one of our preconfigured menu plans is a close fit but needs some tweaking, you can take a few minutes to make your edits and print a revised version of the menu plan and shopping list.
To select or edit one of Eoshape’s menu plans for this week, simply go to Preconfigured Menu Plans and make your choice. Try a different one each week – after all, variety is the spice of life!
Member Configured Menu Plans
Because we know that our menu plans will not appeal to everyone and that some of our members have dietary restrictions, we have also developed a unique Menu Plan Configuration Tool that allows you to develop a truly personalized menu plan from the hundreds of delicious options that are available in our online library of foods and recipes. So have it your way! Build your own personalized menu plan by logging on now.
And, if you have a favorite menu plan that needs some editing so that it fits this week’s schedule, just go to your personal library of Member Configured Menu Plans, make your edits, and you’re good to go.
On The Fly Menu Planning
If your schedule is occasionally (or always!) unpredictable or hectic, try our On-The-Fly Suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. They’ll allow you to enjoy a satisfying meal and stay on track without all the work and advance planning. Your nearby grocery store, deli, or even convenience store can provide you with a healthy alternative to fast foods and fattening snacks. You just need to choose wisely, and that’s where we can help. You choose the meal you need to plan on the fly, and we’ll provide you with some great suggestions for eating on the run.
Each of our members has the option of using one of our preconfigured menu plans, configuring their own menu plan, or planning on the fly. Or mix and match planning techniques depending on your schedule or mood. The choice is yours.
