Personal Activity Planner
The best fitness plans include exercise as an everyday part of life. At Eoshape we know that to accomplish this, your workout needs to be varied, balanced, and designed to meet your personal goals. This is why we’ve created a wide variety of 10-minute workouts that you can easily fit into even the most hectic day. Our members can choose one Exercise Segment or create longer more challenging workouts by mixing and matching individual Exercise Segments. With our Personal Activity Planner your workouts will always be just the right length and intensity for you and focus on the areas that you want to improve.
Eoshape offers its members two easy options for creating weekly activity plans.
Preconfigured Activity Plans
The first option is to choose one of our preconfigured activity plans. Our Eoshape fitness consultants have prepared weekly activity plans for you to choose from, along with detailed, illustrated instructions. For variety, we offer several new exercise segments and activity plans each month.
If one of the activity plans is a good fit for the coming week, you can simply print it out along with the associated exercise instructions. If one of our preconfigured activity plans is a close fit but needs some tweaking, you can take a few minutes to make your edits and print a revised version of the activity plan and instructions.
To select or edit one of Eoshape’s activity plans for this week, simply go to Preconfigured Activity Plans and make your choice. Try a different one each week and realize the benefits of cross training!
Member Configured Activity Plans
Because we know that our members have very different schedules and needs, we have also developed a unique Activity Plan Configuration Tool that allows them to develop a truly personalized activity plan from hundreds of different exercise segments that are available in our online library. These segments range from stretching to aerobics, tai chi to kickboxing. So have it your way! Build your own personalized activity plan by logging on now.
And, if you have a favorite activity plan that needs some editing so that it fits this week’s schedule, just go to your personal library of Member Configured Activity Plans, make your edits, and you’re good to go.
Each of our members has the option of using one of our preconfigured activity plans or configuring their own activity plan. The choice is yours.
