Relaxation Techniques

The most overlooked parts of your body are your feet.   And yet the ancient Far Eastern practice of reflexology shows that foot care can relieve many ailments and induce a feeling of calm and balance.  We recommend a nice relaxing foot soak next time you’re looking for a great way to relax and unwind.

Simply fill a basin with hot water, add some foot soak salts (we love The Body Shop’s, www.thebodyshop.com, peppermint foot soak, which contains Epsom salts to relieve swelling and comfort tired feet) and settle back in a comfortable chair for an “ahhhh-inducing” foot soak.
