The Extra Mile

We all know that you’ll burn calories when you’re doing our exercise segments.  But at Eoshape, we know that many everyday activities are equally good for you.  So while we believe our exercise segments will yield great results, we also strongly believe that activity throughout the day especially when it fills “empty time”, like when you’re watching TV in the evening, is beneficial.
